The initial consultation is provided without obligation. It is an opportunity for both parties to determine if the project is a suitable fit. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
Design development begins after the initial consultation and agreement to proceed. Preliminary design drawings are created based on the information provided during consultation. The design is refined through an iterative process based on your feedback.
Design approval is required before construction begins. Once approved, changes to the design may incur additional costs and time delays.
Material selection is discussed during the design phase. We provide samples and recommendations, but final material choices are made in consultation with you. Material costs are included in the project quotation.
Construction timelines are estimated based on project complexity and current workshop capacity. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, custom furniture making involves variables that may affect completion dates. We will communicate any significant delays as they arise.
Payment terms are agreed upon before construction begins. Typically, a deposit is required to secure materials and workshop time, with the balance due upon completion and before delivery.

All furniture is custom-made to your specifications. Each piece is unique and created specifically for your project. This custom nature means that standard return policies do not apply. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
Design drawings and specifications remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, or use these designs for other purposes without our written consent.
Our liability is limited to the value of the commissioned work. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our furniture.
Any disputes will be addressed through direct communication. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to mediation or other appropriate dispute resolution processes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The terms applicable to your project are those in effect at the time of agreement to proceed with the project.
