Before construction begins, you are provided with detailed design drawings for your review and approval. This approval process ensures that the design meets your requirements before materials are sourced and construction commences.
Once design approval is given and construction begins, the piece is being created specifically for you. Standard return policies for mass-produced items do not apply to custom-made furniture.
We maintain high standards for construction quality and finish. Each piece undergoes quality inspection before delivery. If you identify any defects in workmanship or materials upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
If a piece is delivered with defects in workmanship or materials that were not apparent during the approval process, we will address these issues. This may involve repair, replacement of defective components, or other appropriate remedies.
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.
Due to the custom-made nature of our furniture, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after design approval and construction has begun. The design approval process is intended to ensure the piece meets your requirements before construction commences.
If you wish to cancel a project before construction begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation after materials have been ordered may incur costs for materials that cannot be returned or reused.
Cancellation after construction has begun is generally not possible, as the piece is being created specifically for you and cannot be sold to another client.

Proper care and maintenance are essential for preserving the appearance and condition of your furniture. We provide care instructions upon delivery. Damage resulting from improper care or use may not be covered.
